A World Class Real-Time CNC Kernel

100% PC-BASED

Our CNC is a 100% pc-based system. All tasks run on one processor. If needed different tasks can be assigned to different cores to increase performance if needed.

OPEN-ARCHITECTURE

Our CNC-Kernel runs on any X386 Intel architecture industrial pc and can be ported to ARM on request.

5-axis milling machines

OPEN FIELD-BUS INTERFACE

To connect to almost any drives and devices our CNC Kernel comes with an EtherCAT Stack as standard. All other field-buses such as Ethernet/IP, Profinet or Powerlink can be integrated.

ULTRA FAST NC-BLOCK THROUGHPUT

With cycle times of 0,5ms to 1,0ms our CNC Kernel can process massive amounts of small NC-blocks ultra fast.

OPEN-PLC INTERFACE

Our CNC-Kernel comes with an IEC 61131-3 Soft-PLC as Standard. Due to the open interface other PLC systems can be integrated easily.

Our CNC comes with a Standard HMI to get you going. However, most of our customers create their own HMIs with common software tools such as QML, MS Visual or similar.

Our unique Compile-Cycle Interface gives you full access to all CNC Kernel functions. Thus you can change the behavior of the CNC how you need it for you specific application and at the same time protect your know-how.

HIGH FREQUENCY REAL-TIME DATA FOR INDUSTRY 4.0

Due to the lean architecture of our CNC kernel we can read and write massive amounts of real-time data at very high frequency. This enables our customers to analyse data in real-time which is mandatory for Industry 4.0.
